MINI RENI

A quick (mini) renovation that is fast and easy -minimal to no demo required. By utilizing materials that can readily be sourced locally and by partnering with local contractors, we will transform your space in a short time frame.

BY-THE-HOUR DESIGN

If your project and budget are on the smaller side, hiring a full-service designer might not be an option. However, booking a one-time session with a designer for advice can solve a design conundrum. By-the-hour design gives clients tips and a proposal for furnishings and accessories. This type of design help is meant for people looking to update a few spots that don’t justify hiring a firm.

Soft Staging

Soft staging is similar to traditional home staging, but it does not include furniture. When soft staging your home, we will assist with rearranging the existing furniture, styling, editing, and recommend targeted purchases to get your house ready to sell.

VIRTUAL DESIGN

Over Zoom, our team will meet with you and listen to your ideas for your space. You will share the floor plan, measurements and photos of your space. We will work with you to bring your vision to life, complete with a 2D design board that includes an itemized list of all the sources, brand names, and colors for you to explore. We can suggest recommended contractors should you still be looking for that as well.
